Here she is, Panda Penny Ling from Littlest Pet Shop.
An honest review from Granny B. of CKToysClub:

This is Penny Ling new in the box.
She is 7.7 inches tall 9 (incl. her ears) and her face, (the widest part) is
5.4 inches wide.
She can easily stand on her own.
Her colors are bright and her eyes look very realistic.
Penny Ling is made of hard plastic and she comes with 8 little plastic
decorations.
On her head, belly and ears there are little holes present for you to insert
the 8 little decorations.
I like this Penny Ling but I think there should be some Play-Doh in the box to
create more possibilities to play.
This Panda Penny Ling is excellent to decorate with Play-Doh.
The Play-Doh sticks really well what makes it very enjoyable to let your imagination
get out of control and dress her up, give her different hairdo's and jewelry.
Overall, I love this Penny Ling but you need to add some Play-Doh and fantasy to
have endless creative quality time.
